There will be time to rest and revive with an optional massage or reflexology treatment*, relax by the fire in either our guest dining room with original granite and beams, or our friendly cafe with views of the meadows and beyond. A range of hot and cold drinks and homemade cakes and snacks will be available, as well as a full choice of breakfast options and wholesome midday and evening meals, prepared using fresh ingredients from our organic farm, as well as local and free range ingredients where possible.

New Year can be a time of reflection, renewal, insight, exploration and celebration; to acknowledge this special holiday time there will be a shared blessing circle on New Year’s Eve, followed by the opportunity to dance your way into the New Year, with our resident DJ’s eclectic mix of popular tunes.

On New Year’s Day there will also be the chance to explore one of our beautiful local sites or to go for a walk or bike ride within our peaceful, natural setting, spot the wildlife on our rustic, nature trail or simply keep cosy with a book or DVD or enjoy using our art materials & instruments.

We aim to provide a well balanced, lively and lovely programme within a peaceful, delightful setting; to accomodate the hopes, wishes, needs and interests of the group as well as to support each individual to thrive within the facilitation of the group.
