Doves Farm award winning Gluten Free and Organic Brown Rice Spaghetti is wholegrain pasta, made in Italy from brown rice. There’s no need to change your cooking or eating habits, and guests may not even realise they’re eating gluten free pasta.

Cooking*: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is ‘al dente’. Drain and serve immediately.

This product is Coeliac UK, Vegan, Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Storage Advice:
Once the package is opened, transfer to an airtight container or reseal the zip lock package and store in a cool dark place.  There’s really no need to freeze uncooked pasta, because it typically has a shelf life of a few years.  It does not freeze well because, it is really dry, there is no liquid component to freeze.

Some benefits of proper food storage include eating healthier, cutting food costs and helping the environment by avoiding waste.

Here are some tips for maximising the shelf life:

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Store in a cool, dark cupboard.
  • Store away from direct heat or sunlight.
  • Keep lid tightly closed when not in use.
