Our on-site cafe is open Wednesday to Sunday. If you would like an evening meal it is necessary to book a table the day before your stay please. This is due to us being a small venue and we cook everything fresh. We have a passion for good food that we hope you can taste. We pride ourselves on cooking the best possible ingredients with love and care. Our food is fresh, organic, fair trade and local where possible. All of our meals are freshly prepared and homemade. It is also very helpful for us to have pre-orders, this helps us cut down on waste and ensure maximum freshness. Evening Menu

  • Sirloin Steak With All The Trimmings:

    Locally hand reared prime sirloin steak, served with homemade chips, fresh organic salad, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato, caramelised red onion & peas. – £18.00

  • Slow Roast Rosemary Lamb Shanks:

    Local lamb shanks slowly roasted in a red onion, carrot, peppercorn and rosemary gravy until mouth meltingly tender, served with sautéed potatoes & steamed veg – £14.00

  • Home-grown Salad with Chicken & Bacon:

    Freshly picked organically grown salad from our farm, topped with fruit, nuts, olives, croutons, bacon and a juicy free range chicken breast with our homemade balsamic & honey dressing – £13.00

  • Fillets of Sea Bass with Sizzled Ginger:

    Fillets of sea bass pan fried in garlic, ginger and thyme butter with a little hint of chilli, served with chargrilled asparagus, sautéed potatoes & steamed veg – £14.00

  • Salmon & Spinach En Croute:

    Fillets of salmon, basil pesto and spinach wrapped in a crisp flaky pastry, served with sautéed potatoes & steamed veg with a small jug of lemon, thyme and garlic butter. – £13.00

  • Goats Cheese & Homemade Chutney Tarts:

    Flaky pastry tarts filled with homemade chutney, goats cheese and a little thyme, served with fresh organically grown salad, peas and either new potatoes or homemade chips. – £11.00
